Investor Qualifications

The Service is accessible only to Accredited Investors who are at least 18 years old. You represent and ensure that you are of legal age to form a binding contract if you are an individual. All your registration data is accurate and truthful. Blockchain tradein may, in its sole discretion, deny to offer the Service to any person or entity and reform its eligibility criteria at any time. Fund listings on this Site are only applicable for Accredited Investors familiar with and prompt to accept the high risk affiliated with private investments.

• FOR ANY DATA LOSS, LOST PROFITS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR COLLATERAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES (HOWEVER THEY ARISE),
• FOR ANY VIRUSES, BUGS, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKES (REGARDLESS OF THE SOURCE OF ORIGINATION), OR
• FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT AUTHORIZE THE LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL EXCLUSION OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE GIVEN LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT BE IMPLEMENTED TO YOU.

Registration Data; Account Security

In consideration of your access to the Site, you agree to
